About KPI Framework

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Framework

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Framework has been introduced by the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) to establish a structured and measurable system for assessing the performance of Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRSs) across the country.

The framework promotes transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement by evaluating schools on academic achievements, student welfare, infrastructure, sports, human resources, and financial management. Through evidence-based assessment, the KPI framework helps identify strengths, address gaps, and encourage excellence in institutional performance.

To enhance educational outcomes, student welfare, institutional capacity, and governance by implementing a comprehensive and evidence-based Key Performance Indicator framework.

To create a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in EMRSs through transparent and measurable performance assessment.
